Rubber Expansion Joint vacuum testsing Video
Rubber joints are a material that plays a buffering role at pipeline connections, their sealing performance and pressure resistance is crucial for the safe operation of pipelines. Recently, ALLTO's Rubber Expansion Joint passed negative pressure testing to ensure the quality and safety of its products.
We conducted negative pressure testing on the Rubber Expansion Joint to ensure its sealing and tensile properties. The negative pressure value for this test is 0.9 bar During the test, seal both ends of the Rubber Expansion Joint and apply negative pressure to observe whether it is leaking or deformed. After multiple tests, the rubber joints of the enterprise have not had any problems, and the products have met the quality standards.
Rubber joints play an important role in pipeline operation. If their sealing performance is poor, it can easily lead to pipeline leakage, endangering personnel and environmental safety. Therefore, strict testing and monitoring of products is a necessary measure for pipeline operation.
We will continue to strengthen quality control and monitoring of rubber joints to ensure the quality and safety of our products. At the same time, it also calls on other relevant enterprises to pay attention to the quality and safety issues of rubber joints, and jointly maintain the safety and stability of pipeline operation.
Quality and safety are the foundation of an enterprise, and the quality issues of rubber joints are related to the safety and stability of the entire pipeline system. We hope that enterprises can strengthen their control and monitoring of product quality, and jointly safeguard consumer interests and social safety.
