The Externally Pressurized Expansion Joint consists of one or more bellows connected by an intermediate pipe. After being welded to the internal sealing plate and the bottom sealing plate, the two ends are connected to the outer pipe of the communication pipe. The bellows feature numerous corrugations. This compensator is primarily used to absorb axial displacement and offers advantages such as a large compensation capacity, good insulation performance, and the ability to eliminate residual medium. The price of the externally pressurized axial corrugated compensator is significantly higher than that of the internally pressurized compensator, and it is also considerably heavier.
