What is the difference between a single sphere and a double sphere in rubber joints?

The shape of rubber joints can be divided into single sphere and double sphere. What is the difference between the two? Let's take a look at a few points first:

Performance characteristics of Single Sphere Rubber Joints:

1. Small size, light weight, good elasticity, easy installation and maintenance.

2. During the installation process, axial and angular displacement occurs, which is not limited by pipeline misalignment or flange non parallelism.

3. It can reduce structural noise and has strong vibration absorption ability during work.

Double Sphere Rubber Joints

Performance characteristics of Double Sphere Rubber Joints:

1. When installing the double ball rubber joint, it is strictly prohibited to install over displacement.

2. Install bolts symmetrically and gradually tighten them to prevent local leakage.

3.When installing vertically, both ends of the joint pipeline should be supported vertically, and anti pull devices can be used to prevent compression and detachment during work.

4. The installation position of the double ball rubber joint should be away from heat sources and ozone areas. Exposure to strong radiation and the use of media that do not meet the requirements of this product are strictly prohibited.

5. It is strictly prohibited to use double ball rubber joints and sealing surfaces during transportation and loading and unloading. Connection methods: generally include threaded connection, flange connection, clamp connection, etc.
