It is inspected once a year under normal production conditions, but when there is a change in the formulation of the rubber compound, the rubber sample should be sent for inspection at any time. Each time a rubber compound is taken, it is inspected according to the items specified in GB/T5749 and GB/T17219. If the test result is unqualified, two additional samples shall be taken from the batch of rubber for re-inspection. If there is still one unqualified product, the batch of products is a non-conforming product.
