Stainless steel three-way hydraulic expansion is a forming process for expanding the branch pipe through the axial compensation of metal materials. The process is to use a special hydraulic press to inject liquid into the tube billet with the same diameter as the three-way pipe billet. Through the two horizontal side cylinders of the hydraulic press, the tube billet is synchronized with the middle motion extrusion billet. After the billet is squeezed, the volume becomes smaller, and the liquid in the tube billet increases with the volume of the tube billet. When the pressure required for the expansion of the stainless steel three-way support tube is reached, the metal material flows along the inner cavity of the mold under the double action of the liquid pressure in the side cylinder and the tube billet and expands the support tube.
